BOX is a secured Cloud based file sharing and collaboration application that has been adopted by YES Network to meet our file storage, file sharing and collaboration needs. Box can be used for both internal collaboration and collaboration with approved external collaborators. Documents and files stored in Box will be managed according to YES Network’s Records and Information Management Policy and Records Retention Schedule. Please contact the Box Administrator for information on the Governance of this site.

1. Box has replaced some of our network shared drives, data and home drives.
